We recently used PetPals to provide care for our 2 cats while on vacation for a week. Sonya was amazing. She provided a daily text to document her visit and added a video and pictures towards the end of our trip. Our daughters really loved seeing the pictures and video.
There is not enough time for me to express how incredibly awesome Pet Pals is. We received nothing but stellar service week in and week out from Sonya. Never once did I need to worry about our 3 year lab Kairi because I knew she was in the best of hands while my wife and I were at work.
Great! Dennis watched my cat for me while I was gone for a long weekend. He sent me texts letting me know everything was going good which made me feel great! It was so easy and made me feel like my pet was really in good hands! I'm leaving for a week and a half in July and already booked them to come out again! I would highly recommend!
